If you wish to make a discount on the current ticket, InnovaCommerce POS allows you to make it on a ticket line or on the whole ticket, this discount can be of percentage or of fixed amount. InnovaCommerce POS will add a new ticket line detailing the amount discounted and the concept.
If your customer has a discount coupon or gift certificate downloaded from your online store, they can also use it. They will only have to put a # next to the reference of the coupon in the code entry field and InnovaCommerce POS will take care of all the necessary operations, indicating on the sales ticket the use of this coupon and the result of it. Whether it is a free product, a discount on a product or a discount on the economic amount.
