In this section we will have available certain tools that will facilitate the work with the application and with our shop.
Templates
Innovacommerce incorporates a system of easy-to-edit templates that will allow us to adapt the documents and lists to our business. To access the templates, click on “edit templates” from the menu on the left.
With the button “Edit template” you can edit the templates and with the button “duplicate template” you can duplicate them to make new templates from others. Default templates cannot be changed.
Ticket system
Innovacommerce incorporates the management of the prestashop ticket system, you can manage the conversations and support tickets from the application, to access the management, click on “ticket system” from the left menu.
You can close a ticket directly by clicking “Close ticket” or you can view the conversation with “View ticket”.
