If you have not deactivated the ticket printing (deactivated from the upper left side of the POS interface), every sale that makes a sale will be generated a ticket. In this ticket, in addition to the data associated with the sale, the following information will appear
- Employee who made the sale
- Date of sale
- Simplified invoice number or order number.
- Breakdown of taxes
- Header, sub-header and footer, in which you can include the information you need to appear on the ticket (simplified invoice).
- Company logo.
You can customize this ticket from the terminal window in the terminal options. You can customize the header, sub-header and footer of your ticket with as many lines as needed, and select a logo for the ticket.
To accommodate all types of hardware, the width of the ticket is manually selectable and we include an option for older printers where the ticket is printed in RAW format to avoid the slowness caused by printer features.
From the “End of sale” window, InnovaCommerce POS allows you to choose the desired copies of the ticket and even generate a “Gift Ticket” for the customer.
By default in the sales ticket and in the InnovaCommerce POS interface, the products appear in order of addition, the first product added being first. In certain businesses it may be necessary that the last product added always appears at the top, if this is your case, you can activate this option from the terminal configuration window, activating the option “Invert products in ticket”.
