With them you can allow your customers to place their orders in your Prestashop virtual store but finish the payment process in the physical store, increasing the payment options and with the added advantage of saving on shipping costs, which will allow you to increase the volume of their purchases. For this purpose, InnovaCommerce POS includes the option to retrieve orders made from the web (online store).
To retrieve an order placed in the online store, use the “charge web order” button on the POS. This option takes you to the order window, from which you can search for the one you want to charge at the POS and select it.
When you retrieve an order made from the web, InnovaCommerce POS will detect the customer who is associated with that order and will perform the entire process as if it had been paid from the web (online store).
With this operation, the POS will not generate a new order, but will record the current order as paid.
