In general, InnovaCommerce POS is a fairly clean program, however, when working on an online database, error messages or momentary failures may occur.
Before notifying the support center, in case of error try the following solutions:
– Restart InnovaCommerce POS: If you see strange behaviors or error messages that do not stop to leave the program and run it again, this is a restart of the application.
– Check your connection: Check your Internet connection for drops or programs that consume too much bandwidth. A poor connection affects the performance of InnovaCommerce TPV
– Uninstall and reinstall the application: Go to the windows control panel and uninstall the application and then download it again from our website.
