What can I do if I install an update and the program fails?
- If it is urgent because you need the program to work, the first option would be to uninstall the update. To uninstall an update go to windows –> control panel –> add or remove programs, once there you will be asked if you want to REMOVE or RESTORE THE PREVIOUS VERSION, simply choosing the last option (restore the previous version) you will be able to have the program in the same state as before applying the update.
- If it is not urgent because you do not need the program to work at that moment, you can ask for a support ticket to our company so that we can study the problem carefully and offer you an adequate solution.
If you have restored the program to a previous version, you can force the update again at any time you want from windows –> control panel –> add or remove programs , selecting InnovaCommerce and clicking on the link that will appear at the bottom right with the name “Update Information”. (Catch 6)
(*)Never forget to install the updates because it is essential to have the program up to date in order to enjoy the quality of the product in its entirety. Each update corrects bugs reported by customers or adds new features.
