The reports of innovacommerce
With innovacommerce you can obtain a series of reports on the stored data, filtering and grouping by many parameters. To access the reports, click on “reports” in the top menu.
The filters, groupings and sortings are more or less similar from one type of report to another, they only vary according to the management
Customer reports
There are several types of customer reports depending on the data we want to obtain. The report generation window is the following one:
In the “format” drop-down menu you can choose from 6 different types of customer reports.
General information It is a general report of basic personal data of the client, such as the Code, Name or Company name, address, postal code, town, province, telephone and DNI /CIF. If the client has more addresses you must use another type of report, this one only shows the first address contained in your address list.
Contact information Simple report that includes the Name or Business name, Company, Telephone and e-mail.
Extended data Report that includes the data of all the addresses of a client broken down by client.
Total sales: Report indicating the cumulative total of valid customer sales, along with email and phone.
Credit report and balance sheet In this list we can quickly see the invoices that are pending payment from customers
Banking data In this list we can see data related to your bank accounts.

How you want the report.
Here you specify what type of output you want for the report by clicking on “print”.
If you click on “preview”, you can preview the report, from where you can also print it and export it to many file formats.
Intervals and filter
s Here we can limit the results by choosing intervals or filters. The more filters and intervals we set, the more limited the search will be and the less results the generator will return.
Sorting
You can choose between 4 different fields of order of the list, with the check “print in reverse order”, the list will be ordered in descending order.
Groupin
g We can group the list by some fields in order to have a grouped list of results.
Inventory reports
The inventory report will give us a list of the current stock in the database, valued at cost without VAT and sales price (both with and without VAT).
Depending if we use or not advanced stock, this window is useful to list stock of a specific store or warehouse, select the type of list at the top and its order.
Then choose which categories, manufacturers and suppliers you want to display and click on “generate”. You will get an itemized list of all the stock with the established criteria.
Product reports
With this report you will get all kinds of lists of your products with filters and criteria for both sorting and grouping. As in the customer report, you have at your disposal several filters to limit the list.
Statistical sales reports
It is perhaps the most used report/list because it allows us to see an evolution of our sales, within a given period of time and with filters and groupings that will help us know which products or categories are the most sold and which products are stagnant.
You can specify filters and with the grouping, you can get a list grouped by category, manufacturer or supplier that will help you have a complete report of results on paper. Explore the many reports you can get on your sales with InnovaCommerce.
Order and invoice reports
These two reports show a list of orders and invoices (orders that have been invoiced), like the other reports, we have intervals and filters, sorting and grouping to get the report you need.
