For InnovaCommerce POS to work with the ticket printer you only have to take into account a few simple guidelines:
– That the printer is correctly configured in windows, that is to say, that we can choose it to print from any other application different from InnovaCommerce TPV or even allow us to obtain the famous “test page” of windows.
We must take into account that the printer we choose when creating a terminal must be correctly configured on the computer. Since the terminals are saved in the online database and can be seen from any InnovaCommerce installed in any computer with a connection to that store, it will not be possible to open a terminal in a different computer from the one that was configured because the printer will not match, except in special cases where they are identical printers, with the same name in windows.
